In the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right—if it's on us.

• Step 2: Our team will review the case and determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing error or shipping negligence on our end.

• Step 3: If approved, we will coordinate return shipping and either fix or replace the item.

SPINETTA reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement based on submitted evidence.
